No, in case of problems you can only write to us via the ticketing form (no other channels) indicating the problem and the user’s details and we will take action.
Simply go to administration, general settings and activate notifications when a course is completed. This way you will receive an e-mail notification every time a user completes a course.
Simply duplicate the previous course and enter ‘edition 2’ or ‘edition year 20XX’ in the general information. In this way, there will be no confusion with the previous course and no misalignment.
Once the course has been completed by at least 1 user, it will no longer be possible to edit it to avoid misalignments with certificates.
